Are The Shoppes open year round?
Yes, The Shoppes At The Flanders Hotel are open year round! We are open 7 days a week, 10 to 5 from April 1 until September 30th. Fall hours are Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday by chance, Thursday Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 10 to 5 until New Years Weekend. January hours Friday and Saturday Only 10 to 5, February hours Friday and Saturday 10 to 5 and Sunday 10 to 4.
What items do The Shoppes carry?
The Shoppes offer something for everyone including women's clothing, shoes, jewelry, handbags, Flanders Hotel clothing and memorabilia, housewares, gifts, toys, holiday items, beach & pool toys, antiques and much much more!
Do The Shoppes carry plus size clothing?
Yes! We are one of few boutiques on the island carrying a large selection of chic plus size clothing for the woman of today. Sizes from XL to 3X.
What forms of payment are accepted at The Shoppes?
The Shoppes accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and cash payments.
Are there any sales at The Shoppes?

How do I get to The Shoppes?
From the hotel lobby, take the stairs past the seating area towards the beach. From the street, walk up the 11th Street boardwalk ramp and find the entrance just at the edge of the hotel. From the Boardwalk, turn right at 11th Street, walk past Playland rides and at the edge of the hotel you'll be at our entrance.
What is the return policy at The Shoppes?
At The Shoppes at the Flanders, our biggest goal is to provide outstanding customer service to our fabulously loyal customers. But due to our unique selection of products our policy is All Sales are Final.
If you think that you’ve received a defective item, please contact us within 3 business days of your purchase.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!
Because we have a limited number of each style featured in our shop, we may not be able to offer exchanges.
Can I shop online?
Currently, The Shoppes are not online due to our ever changing styles and products.
Can I order over the phone?
Love an item so much you want to oder again? Give The Shoppes a call to place your order over the phone with a major debit/credit card.
